"In my opinion, the purpose of a bag charge is to discourage people from using bags. Less litter (especially plastic). So, if you are going to start charging $0.25 for a bag, you need to give the option of not taking a bag. I ordered one item, so definitely no need for a bag. I saw the $0.25 bag charge attached to my order and told them I did not need a bag. I was told it was mandatory. What a pitiful little way to start charging more, without the improvement the charge was meant for."

"Using those kiosks at McDonald's is just a hassle. That nobody should have to deal with. Trying to get someone up to the front Register to take your order is nearly impossible."

"Arrogant and stupid people half an hour waiting for my order and when I ask for it they get angry and there were also two people who were waiting before me because their orders were given to other people. I got angry and I got out better. I preferred to lose my money than to be looking at the lack of professionalism of the manager."

"Hopefully, this store's design is not the future of McDonald's. If it is, "dining in" is over at McDonald's. The soda machine is now behind the counter. Ketchup only available via tiny packages. Customers can not even get so much as a straw or napkin without asking an employee for help. Which would be fine if the employees paid any attention to the customers standing at the counter. I used the app to order "table service." A few minutes later, an employee was yelling my name from behind the counter despite the fact that the recept clearly stated my table number. McDonald's is paying $15+ per hour for mindless drones who know nothing about customer service. They just go through the motions at whatever pace they feel is appropriate. Customers can't even help themselves if they wanted to..."

"This location is horrible if you want service in the dining room. They literally ignore their customers. You have to yell at the staff to get their attention. If they don't want to help customers in the lobby they should be drive thru only. The register is never staffed."
