"We really enjoyed our dinner. The hostess was so gracious when I asked for a specific seating option and “showed” me an option before seating me to ensure I liked it. The food, drinks, and desserts all exceeded my expectations. The pricing is so reasonable. We will be back again!"
"4.5 STARS Atmosphere was rustic and warm. Hostesses and general greeting team was very friendly. My water glass was consistently refilled. I mean these guys were ON IT. Amazing. My server, however, was a bit of a rookie. I asked her for Coors light, and she explained they didn’t have it. That’s okay! Although I asked her for any other light beer and she recommended a 7.5 IPA. Not exactly light… but she tried. The food was outstanding. Fresh, warm, and flavorful. This, indeed, is a treasure and a great value."
"Every detail of the interior is very nice and brings a great ambiance. The food itself is so good! I got the PAPPARDELLE BOLOGNESE - pork and beef tip braised in traditional ragu, hand cut fresh pasta, sauteed spinach, pecorino romano. The focaccia bread was also soooo good! Matthew was my server and he did an excellent job checking on me and making sure I was good. The vibes. I thoroughly enjoyed everything from the lighting of the restaurant to the wine. Really had a good time eating here by myself. Would love to try more menu items and I will be back! I’m sure the dessert is incredible as well but I was way too full for it. All the items on the dessert menu sounded really good though! This is some of the best Italian food I’ve had around the area and most likely the best in Louisville/Superior. I greatly look forward to my next visit to Via Toscana! Compliments to the Chef and all staff!"
"Love the rustic atmosphere. Food was delicious. The cosmopolitan was perfect. The moose chocolate cake was different, wouldn't recommend but the Tiramisu like fabulous!"
"This place is usually very good if you eat at the restaurant but the takeout is consistently horrible. I got gluten free bolognese and it barely had any sauce, it had huge pieces of dry meat which wasn't what I normally get with bolognese and the pasta was overcooked and mush. I also got a spinach salad and for $9 I got a bowl of spinach and literally 4 tiny mushrooms."
