"We booked the hotel because it has a hot tub and pool. Only when we arrived, the hot tub is out of order and has Been for 3+ months with no expectation of being fixed. It is still listed on the amenities the listing and the receptionist said, well if you look down on page 5, it states it is out of order. They can only change the reservation, if we called and we were told that it was working."

"BEWARE ESPECIALLY SINGLE MOMS!!! I have an 8 year old child that is very ill so I took my two kids out of town for a little trip to try to get things off his mind and this turned out to be such a traumatizing event for him! A strange man walked into our room this morning and saw my son standing there naked! When I went down to the office to find out why a strange man walked in our room the rude woman at the desk told me that a gentleman asked for a copy of my receipt so they assumed he was checking us out!! There is NO MAN staying with us. It is only my two YOUNG children and myself. When I told the woman this and asked her why they would give my personal info WITH MY HOME ADDRESS to a stranger she replied, “ oh well since you booked with a third party we probably didn’t give it to him.” I filed a police report and was never given an apology or a straight answer on weather my information was given out. She just acted like it was such an inconvenience and was e greatly defensive. On a side note the room was decent size Hot tub was CLOSED Breakfast was not as described They charge $100 per night if you have more than one vehicle. Breakfast attendant was very friendly. Stay safe out there mamas and daddies. Hope this helps!"

"There's no hot tub...or, there's no "working" hot tub. It's not hard to remove that from the website so people know ahead of time. The room was fine and quiet, but the breakfast dining area chairs were disgusting. Breakfast was fine. It's in need of a remodel; there are holes in the walls in places...it just seems run down and no one really seems to care."

"Rating this as the budget hotel, but it was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. Particularly, Brenda and Toni were nice and helpful in making a change to the stay from a Priceline reservation. Breakfast was good and coffee was available outside of breakfast hours. Also, we enjoyed eating carryout dinner in the tables downstairs and not only were they OK with that (sometimes places lock up the tables/chairs after breakfast) but they asked if we needed napkins, utensils, etc. Minuses: hot tub was being regrouted and not usable, indoor pool was cold. But, this was still the most budget-friendly option for our ski weekend and the kids still had a chance to swim. Friendliness of staff made up for it."

"The number one reason we picked this motel was there is a short river walk between the motel and the Colorado river. This motel was a pleasant surprise. It was better than most motels in this price range. It had the usual wear and tear here and there, but much less than I expected. We stayed in a handicap room with a roll in shower. The room met all ADA requirements but one. The room door was set way too strong. I’m not handicap but I am 80. I had to use my shoulder to push open the door. The bathroom had a large shower area and a few upgrades that made this an excellent bathroom. The room: Refrigerator was quieter than average. AC looked to be fairly new and was as quiet as any. Clean room. Nicely done room. Bed comfortable. It had a sofa bed couch, that like all motels, is too low for a lot of handicap people. Staff: All friendly, no issues here. Breakfast was keeping with a lower tier motel. In some ways better. Waffles better than I’ve had, good eggs and an auto coffee maker that makes coffee in three strengths. We plan to come back. Overall a 4.6 experience."
