"This place is definitely a joke and I can see by the other reviews that “conflict of interest “ is a common excuse these clowns use to get out of helping people that really need it. A disservice to the community and should be ashamed of themselves"

"This organization is a true disservice to the Garfield county community. They make you come to their office, wait and essentially do nothing for you. I was given an appointment three weeks in advance to only get there and tell me that they couldn't help me because of a conflict of interest. I get it but why make me wait three weeks, get off work early (with no pay) for nothing? They could have just told me that on the phone. I could have seen a real lawyer by now. What a major waste of time this place is."

"They are unable to help with anything involving work. They wont even answer their phone! I've been calling this law service for about 3 months now, and it took until today to never recieve a call back and for someone to finally answer! Once I got an answer I was informed there unable to help me with anything even something as simple as explaining how to fill out a simple form because they don't have resources to do so because they're over worked; and they're helping far too many people from Parachute to Aspen. I would never recommend this service to anyone because obviously if they are this far overworked..., they may need to ask for more help, or they may need to take a moment, and think about the people that they are helping and remember that they aren't above us and they are human to."
