"We waited nearly 1 and a half hour for two pizzas. When it was mentioned at an hour that there was a forgotten order there was little care to get it out quickly it say sorry."

"Today was the first and last time I will use curbside pickup. I was messaged that my order was ready for pickup so I went to the store. When I arrived I messaged that I was there and what # spot I was parked in and began to wait. I figured something was wrong as 4 other vehicles had pulled up, got their order and left in the 30 minutes I had been waiting. I went inside and asked about curbside pickup and an employee came to talk to me about it. He said “sometimes the system doesn’t work correctly receiving input from waiting customers.” It must have been working fine AFTER I got there for everyone else. I would’ve figured all the bugs were gone by now, but obviously not."

"Today, I took my mother-in-law, who was visiting, to Sam’s Club for the first time to pick up a few groceries. This was my first time in Sam’s Club and overall, it seemed good with a full cart of stuff for $450. It wasn’t until after I got home that one particular purchase made this also my last trip. My mother in law had picked up a rotisserie chicken, fully cooked or so it says, from the deli for my younger two children. While we were putting stuff away, they started pick at it… that is until I saw there was something off. Although I realize rotisserie chicken may come in different shades, this one was NOT cooked. I stopped my kids immediately and cut into the chicken. Besides some clots of blood, there were also areas that were seemingly raw. At this point, I’m just annoyed and upset. However, though no one will be more upset than me if my children get sick, I can guarantee this place will be a very close second."

"Fair prices and selection. I wish they had more vegetarian options!!! There are entire parts of the store that I avoid because it’s ONLY meat, which is just a bit ridiculous. Membership can be completely paid off in 2-3 grocery trips. It’s definitely worth it for families."

"Very clean store. Overall selection is good, I enjoy the Members Mark products and their overall value. The samples are always fun to look for too. Subtracted one star due to the wait to exit the store. There’s usually only one staff member there and they usually aren’t the fastest of people, perhaps having one of your younger employees there to speed things up would be a good idea."
