"Worse insurance company I’ve ever worked with. Got hit by a car insured by this company. I was told to take my car to any body shop and they would cover all the costs. They sent me a 1k check in the mail and when I asked for a reimbursement they “transferred” my adjuster and I’ve been ping pong throughout the whole company without any solutions! Do not get insured by this company."

"The price is fair which is the only reason im still insured by this company. However, their procedures need updating- every other insurance company I’ve had makes it extremely easy to update payment and personal info online or over the phone.. they make it so you HAVE to come in person and then there is only 1 employee at the facility and the wait is ridiculous for people who are only able to come in during a work break. With the pandemic going on there should be an easier way to update any changes and coming in person should not be a requirement."
