"Went in today to mail a package. And find out about my lost package. Your two staff at your store today were rude and very unprofessional. Please hire more professional people. These employees are not good for your business. Seriously....look at the reviews you are getting about your staff. They are hurting your business. They obviously don't care. The lady wouldn't take my return. She said it has to be in a box. No....that package came to be in one of those plastic envelopes. The return site does not say my return needs to be in a box. She was trying to sell me a box I don't need."

"Geneva was, extremely, polite and helpful! I went to chase first to get something notarized because I have a business bank account. I had to schedule an appointment and received no help, it was a complete waste of time. Geneva performed her job as a notary above and beyond. I am only going to this store for all my business needs from now on."

"I rushed in right before they closed yesterday to mail an Amazon return last second. I didn't have any tape or the proper box but she helped me out and made sure my package was secure and sent out on time. I was very surprised by the good service because I have had bad experiences with UPS and FedEx in the past. Wish I could remember her name, she was a young white girl with curly hair. Thank you for being helpful! Told ya I would write a Google review ;D"
