"Very disappointed that it has been difficult to make payments in office. I use to make payments at another location until they started closing earlier then they were supposed to. I started paying at this location and the same thing is occurring most recent l arrive last night about 6:35pm (office closes at 7pm) door is locked a woman looks at me from her desk then back to her computer screen. So I came back today Saturday Dec. 3rd 1:15pm (office closes at 2pm) office closed and a sign posted closed for lunch! This is not the first time. What a way to force automatic pay. Thinking it's about time to find another insurance company."
