"DO NOT USE NOTARY HERE!! We paid for a notary form for a passport for our son. Made the appointment to go get the passport and get there and were told that the notary scribbled out things and didn't date the form so it looked fraudulent."

"I returned a package today and did not realize I had to print the address label. Giovanni was very kind and patient and got it emailed to the store so he could print it. Awesome, young man!"

"I had a great experience here. I had a bunch of Christmas gifts to ship. The worker helped me carry the packages in the store, he patiently and carefully typed in all the addresses, printed the labels. I got to the store at 8 AM on a Friday and was done and out of the store by 8:20. I didnt catch the gentleman’s name but employee # 258486 was the MVP on this day."

"I have to say that I am severely disappointed in this store, and have been over the years. I do not believe the good reviews for them. I had one nice guy yesterday, but I had to return today. I made the mistake of trying to express how I felt to the lady working there. She proceeded to jump down my throat so fast I didn't get the words out. I never did get the words out between her snide remarks and nasty comebacks. She was nasty, mean and rude, trying to demean me saying "if you don't want to pay for it....." I will never go back, don't deserve to be treated that way. I told her that I don't want to come there again because of how the staff there treats me It was for a return, and I will make sure to go some place else. No one treats someone that way unless they hate their jobs. It was apparent she didn't care at all about me or my opinion or my business, and when I tried to interrupt her and drop it, she was glad to tell me her day would be much better when she got off. I will be much better never going there again."
