"This place is a joke. Worst experience ever"

"Spoke to me as if I was illiterate and did not understand what they were saying. I asked and then told them several times to take my payment. They explained, unnecessarily more than once that the payment would process again. I explained, unnecessarily more than five times I know and didn’t care because the money would not be in the account. I WILL NOT EVER COME INTO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Don’t ever insult my intelligence again."

"THE WORST INSURANCE EVER !!!! CAUTION !!! THEY JUST GET YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR ACTION! I went to this place for an inspection for my car since one of their clients crashed into me. As expected, they refused to pay. I have heard from several people that they are the worst insurance that exists in This country. If you want to know more about them, investigate on your own, never take this insurance to insure your cars, IT IS THE WORST!!!"

"Do not get insurance through these guys, I got insurance on a car I was getting fixed, it took longer than expected so I don’t have a car yet, I tried to cancel my insurance and they want me to come to the office to do it, I don’t have a car. So whatever I continue to pay thinking my car will be done any time, it’s not. So I’m a little short paying bills this month, I call them to try and reschedule my payment, but wait they can’t push it back 2 days, they need a 10 day notice, she says if your bank declines it then we will wait to take the payment, I say I have a real bank account that will pay it and charge me fees, they still won’t reschedule it. People at the offices are unhelpful and this company wants you to jump through hoops a normal insurance company would not ask you to. Cancel while You can. Or just go somewhere eles NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE"

"If I could give this location zero stars I would!!!! This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. They are in it for the money and will call you ratchet and disrespectful for fixing their mistakes. I went into the office to start a new policy she verified my number and told me I had to pay a certain amount. Didn’t verify no additional information didn’t confirm car information just automatically assumed that I was looking to restart my original policy. The staff is willing to fight you over the corrections you make. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE FOLKS!!"
