"This Insurance Office may have cost us a property purchase and loss of Earnest Money. Took this office 10 days to accomplish a request for a Mortgagee change to my policy and even then I had to walk in and request the already requested (3 times) task which took 2 minutes to accomplish. This most likely has cost State Farm my business. Anne Sandovol, I have emails I can forward you to prove this is not a fake review."
"Anne Sandoval's office staff are amazing! Day one, they did a thorough review of our policy and helped to implement changes that directly benefit us. We have been with StateFarm for over 10 years. Although the customer service through the years has been good, the service you get at Anne's office is great and goes beyond your expectations. When we call, we don't always get the same person to answer. However, each person that takes our call always provides such courteous and thorough customer service. They don't let us get off the line until they know we are fully satisfied. We just made the switch to their office in November of 2023 and we are so glad we made the move!"

"Switched my car over from out of state. I got a quote online from State Farm and I was connected with an agent from this office to finalize my policy. I went through everything with her over the phone (driving history, car history, insurance history)- she offered me a great rate and great policy. I had no driving issues and had been with my latest company for 12 years; so all looked good. I went ahead and set everything up- gave them my banking information, set up the app, brought my insurance documents to the DMV. They even sent me reminders of my payments auto withdraw date/amount to my email. 3 weeks later I receive a letter in the mail that State Farm is canceling my policy and I’ll need to get new insurance, with just over a 1 week notice. I call first thing Monday morning and the person who set up my policy had no record of this cancellation notice. She said she would call underwriting and get back to me. Two days go by and I didn’t hear from her. I called Wednesday morning and spoke to a different agent because the original agent was out of office. She called underwriting and got back to me. The only thing she could offer me is that they were canceling my policy because of something completely out of my control. That they never should’ve written the policy for me in the first place and I would indeed need to go elsewhere for insurance. I not only needed to scramble to find new insurance coverage, but I also ended up paying way more money and they weren’t even helpful or courteous enough to get back to me about this issue- I had to call them to find out what was going on. Overall a terrible experience that could’ve been avoided from the start of there was more diligence on their end."
