"Love the actual people working hard at this pharmacy but automated system is absolutely terrible front end…Safeway pharmacy system much better. Walgreens in NOT invested in on-time prescriptions for patients nor taking care of pharmacy staff either. Walgreens ought to be a reliable pharmacy but they are not."

"Had an incredibly painful UTI, told me that the prescription would be ready in half an hour and then I had to pick it up the next day."

"Came here 3 times today and my prescription is still not ready. The 2nd time i arrived the pharmacist said “20-30 minutes and it’ll be ready” so I came back an hour later and he goes “oh sorry havent gotten around to it, 10-15 minutes it’ll be ready” What a joke."

"Will is absolutely AWESOME. I feel like I'm in an old school 1950s pharmacy where you know the pharmacist like a friend. He knows my whole family by name and now when I walk up he immediately knows whose Rx are ready in my family and tells the staff who are retrieving them. He will also fill something pretty quickly if he knows you are waiting, and is super helpful in so many ways. He is a treasure and the reason we continue to fill our Rx at this Walgreens."

"I love this pharmacy, but I have been there several times during their business hours to find they’re closed. I often have to scramble to find another Walgreens that can fill my prescription in time. I tried switching to another Walgreens, but the same thing has happened. It’s probably lack of staffing and not their fault, but worth noting if you have time-sensitive prescriptions."
