"Earlier this month, I was passing through Montrose on my way back to Seattle when I encountered some electrical trouble with my vehicle. After determining that there was not an issue with the battery, I felt that I needed a professional look at my vehicle. Unfortunately, it was a Saturday, and every place was closed. Thankfully, I reached Nick, who met me in an auto parts store parking lot within 10 minutes and correctly diagnosed a problem with an alternator. He valiantly tried to fix what he thought may have caused the issue - bad wiring, but I in fact needed a new alternator. Unfortunately there was not one available. I ended up making it to Grand Junction, where his diagnosis abled me to eventually find the part I needed and get back on the road with minimal downtime. Nice was pleasant, courteous, and genuinely enjoyed being of assistance to me, and for that I am grateful that he was available on such short notice."
