"I recently had the worst experience with a service department who didn't seem to care about customers concerns. I am working away from home when a warning came up for my titan diesel saying in 57 miles the vehicle would go into limp mode (5 mph max speed) when I begged and pleaded for help from the service department it fell upon deaf ears. This has been a reoccurring issue with the def sensor but the light would always go off when I got to a dealership they couldn't even take 5 minutes to scan the error code since it was on for the first time at the dealership. So disappointed and frustrated."
