"I searched for two days for the perfect location, something homey, warm, comforting with an amazing view! Trout n about was the perfect place for my weekend get away. Lots to do in town, we watched wolves get fed, road the train up pikes peak, saw the cliff dwellings, ate at the view house. Needless to say our entire trip was perfect, being from Alabama we never see snow so definitely prepare for that if it’s not something your used to. The snow was amazing the views were amazing and the house couldn’t have been better, exactly what I wanted to come back to after a long evening out the host was amazing and very welcoming made sure to help keep me updated on everything needed! Would 10/10 stay here again!"

"StayCozy Vacation Rentals far exceeded our expectations from the beginning of planning our Colorado vacation, until the moment we checked out of our cabin. Signal View Hideaway was absolutely stunning! The pictures don’t even do it enough justice. The short drive off the beaten path was so worth the privacy and breathtaking views. The cabin was more than stocked with games, and amenities, to keep our big family of 7 entertained when we weren’t out exploring the beautiful surrounding areas. There were several days our children looked forward to just enjoying time in this rental cabin. Games, puzzles (they finished 2 big ones!!), ping pong, foosball, hot tub, taking in the sights and sounds, lots of wildlife viewings….and tons of space!! The hosts were absolutely wonderful, showing so much care and concern for our enjoyment and satisfaction. Communication was awesome! Response time, prompt. Lots of local recommendations that we took them up on, and were not disappointed in any of them. We couldn’t have had a better stay in Colorado!! "My brother and I came into ownership of our late father's duplex, and decided to make half into a STR/Mid-term rental, in hopes of having some flexibility for family occasionally. We were brand new to the STR business, and Lydia guided us through the process, did all of the research, which included finding out that we could do a 31+ day rental instead of an STR (based on city regulations), which we ended up preferring over the vacation rental. Our first guests are exactly who we hoped for - a 4 month stay by a travelling nurse. Overall, it's been a productive and fun venture, and we appreciate Lydia's attentiveness and communication throughout the process."
