"Second time I was charged for extra sauce when no sauce was put on. Food was fresh though, hints the 3 stars. Cheesy bean and rice with no extra sauce on both burritos. Edit - leveled to 1 star based on past reviews. Worst taco bell in the district from the 7 I visit every day"

"Stole my money, blamed mobile app, upset my sister, wasted my time, and refused to give me my food or refund. Shame on the employees and the manager here. Ended up having to call corporate. After sharing my experience Taco Bell stated that they’d perform an investigation, their behavior was unacceptable, and that they’ll be refunding my order. Clearly something is wrong here. Especially considering all the one stars. This isn’t the first issue, I’ve had here, and would recommend that you avoid this location at all costs. Brighton has two other Taco Bell locations, Del Taco, and multiple authentic Mexican restaurants. Not only this but it looks like they’re inflating their rankings with fake reviews that have nothing to do with Taco Bell."

"First off the young kid taking my order was super rude and wanted to rush me the whole time. Second they just dumped the chips in the bag so they were open and all over the bag. Third I asked for sauce and got none and no straws. Forth the burritos had no meat and the tacos and chalupas had the smallest amount of beef it was all just lettuce. I have pictures to prove it couldn’t even eat or enjoy any of the food. A waste of 22 bucks."
