"I understand that mistakes are made, but this is not the first negative experience at this location. When a delivery driver forgets an item, looks at the receipt in front of me, tells me I'm wrong, and then gives attitude when he is shown the item he overlooked twice on the receipt, it is unprofessional, and confirms there is little emphasis on customer service. Great product, but customer service can improve greatly at this location."
"Ordered pizza and wings at 8:30 received order at 10:15. Pizza and wings were cold. One of the pizzas was completely wrong."
"I’ve tried this location a few times. The first time I had issues with the wings. The owner did take care of this for me, which I appreciated. However, the last 2 times I have ordered pizza from here, it has been way overcooked. The pizza tastes burnt. Also, the pizza is supposed to be extra cheese. Looks like regular cheese to me."
