"Homeless people reach across the food counter and use the phone all by themselves as if it's a free phone. It's clearly known and accepted behavior there. Sometimes, it takes a really long time to get my food. Delicious pizza and they have the buffet again! Yum!"

"I ordered $80 worth of food on the app it wouldn't let me select pan crust so I placed the ordered and then called in to see if I could change the crust before they started making it. The night manager was snarky and rude and tried to charge me almost $40 for different crust!!! I told him never mind I would just take whatever crust it was ordered with still he was rude. Finally got my order and it was wrong so I called back. The same manager refused to let me speak with anyone else even though I was told by the person that answered the phone that there was another manager on duty, he refused to give me his name. Told me he would process a refund I told him I still wanted speak with other manager he said he was the only manager i was going to get and then he threatened me with the cops if i came up there and said he was blocking my number so I couldn't call/order there anymore. I hung up. He then called me back to make sure I heard him threaten to call the cops on me. When the other employees are apologizing for the managers behavior there is a problem."

"I've tried this pizza Hut 2x for carry out. Once, the computer lost all the orders and I just ended up canceling. The second time, the oven burned up all the pizzas and they didn't have a way to tell who's order was actually made and who's burned. I canceled again and drove to anthonys"
