"Service was slow. The floors were filthy. The double bacon cheeseburger I ordered had one piece of cheese. Unmelted. No ketchup and the patties were undercooked. Which somehow were not flame grilled? Isn't that what you go to Burger King for? Flame grilled. I won't go back."

"SEVERALLY UNDERSTAFFED. Everything was made fresh. There was one lady working the drive, order taking, bagging, prep and the front. Erica was her name. She deserves more than a heafty raise. Even with one person everything was quick and super fresh."

"Although there is a wait time and a common complaint, this Burger King and staff has never let me down! Food is always fresh and taste great! I have never got an order wrong and you can tell the employees are working hard. Of all the fast food in the area including commerce city; this is the one I can always count on to get food fresh and correct orders all the time. Any complaints on time, we'll that's just short staffing issues on a level nationwide. THESE EMPLOYEES NEED AND DESERVE A RAISE!!"

"Love the food, the staff is always pleasant and nice. But please, clean the restaurant. It's always filthy. I worked in fast food for years, there are things that are not being done that should be. Things that customers notice is the glass on the windows and doors, these should be cleaned at least once a day, if not more. Handles on the doors. Floors are filthy, both in the lobby and in the kitchen area that is visible by customers. Staff should not have filthy hair and clothes. Kill the flies. Clean the soda machine area too. When I worked at FF, we had managers and district managers, that would pop up and make sure things looked great. I'm wondering if there is not managerial presence at this location."

"I have been to this Burger King 4 times in the past 2 months, today being the most recent. All 4 were awful! The first time, they said their computers were down and it would be 40 minutes until they rebooted, and could not sell food until then. The next time I waited for over 10 minutes and got cold food... not warm food, it was like it had been refrigerated, inedible. The third time, about a week ago I saw the car 2 in front of me pull off from the speaker, so I listened to them when they greeted the person in front of me. They said, 'Welcome to Burger King, we're out of..." and listed everything from burgers to fried food to drinks. Today I decided to give them 1 last chance. It took 5 minutes before they were ready to take my order, and another 15 in the drive thru waiting to get it, but it was accurate and hot when I checked. Finally! I thought... I get home and open my Whopper to find 2 small bites taken off of the meat patty!!! I don't know if this was an employee having a laugh or if they have a pest problem, but I will never go to this BK location again!! Negative 5 stars!!"
