"Costumer service is horrible. Last year, while 8 months pregnant, I kept being given the wrong information regarding purchasing a tree. They had me going between register and nursery 4 times before I finally asked if someone could help me load that tree and haul it to the register, just to find out there was no tag so they sent me back to look for price. The dude "helping" me loaded the tree but had me pull it across the parking lot while whining about how tired he was. Yesterday was the first time I went back since last year. I needed one small item. Few minutes, right? Noooo....I walked the store 2 times looking for help. I went up to one girl and as I'm trying to ask where this darn thing is, she turns around and walks away. Other associates were looking out the windows or engaging with each other. I've been going to Lowe's and loving it and that's what I'll stick with. This HD looks dirty and uninviting and the people working there just make it worse."
