"Taco Bell is what it is... It's Taco Bell. However, at this particular location the appearance of their product makes a difference in it's appeal. (The better it looks, the better it tastes.) Drive up takes an extended period of time to get your food. I think going inside is a quicker way to get your food. Employee's don't talk to much, and don't offer any suggestions on what to buy. Overall I give 4 stars."

"Very rude. Told all cars in the drive thru they couldn’t be in the drive thru. Constantly wrong order and cold food. I gave them 3 chances hoping it would improve. Do not recommend"

"Waited over 10 min in drive thru just to get to order screen to then be told the system was down and I would need to come in to order! Coincidentally, inside was filled with Brighton HS students and registers working fine. Apparently, it is way too much brain power to use one of those registers for the 8 cars lined up! I'm done with this place for good!"

"Staff at the 920 E bridge st, Brighton co 80601 location on 10/10/23 @ 9:40pm was very rude saying that they didn’t need to prepare my food correctly and that the manager was too busy. Also food was missing and prepared incorrectly. Had a chalupa, nacho fries, chicken quesadilla, all missing…. 5 layer bean burrito was also just wrapped with another tortilla with no Nacho cheese! Honestly was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had…"
