"I saw Dr Bauer today for an issue that I have been dealing with for 17 months that was caused by a dentist. It has been the longest 17 month of my life and tired of seeing doctors; however, Dr Bauer was a breath of fresh air. She listened to me, answered all my questions, was thorough, smart, and truly cared. She never rushed me at all and I kept her awhile. She even called me at 7 pm to talk through a scan that she reviewed. She's very caring and I appreciated that. Very easy to talk to as well. If you are looking for a good ENT doctor who truly cares about her patients Dr Bauer is the one. You can tell she has a big heart."
