"Brought my 93 year old Mom here for an x-ray. Check in was super easy and she was taken back very shortly. That’s where we met Lisa, who was extremely polite, helpful and very patient. Afterwards she even helped Mom to our car. Thanks to Lisa this was a good experience, due to her being so wonderful."

"The staff was great and very accommodating. I don't know why people are giving this place negative reviews when the negative reviews are clearly their own fault. The staff are pleasant, explain everything to you and do their best to make sure you're comfortable. The waiting area and rooms are well maintained. They told me to expect my results from my own doctor in about 3 days and they would not be coming from the actual radiology clinic so I have no idea why people were complaining about that. And as always, with any appointment, they do their best to get you in and out as fast as they can, but there is sometimes a wait. That's why they give you a check in time, but no actual appointment time. I've been to this clinic for all my radiology needs and it is a great place to go, even if the procedure isn't that fun."

"I had a head CT a week ago and it was quick and painless and the staff was courteous and professional. However, a week later my primary ordered an abdominal CT to try to figure out where the abdominal pains are coming from. I arrived, they were quick to admit me. They brought me out the contrast, and told me I had to drink 2 jugs of it within an hour before they could image me. First of all, I wasn’t planning to be there that long, and no one told me about drinking that stuff for an hour before I was even seen. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to even drink the first cup before feeling like I was going to vomit all over their fresh carpet. I told the front office staff, and they called the back office. They said they would call my doctor, whom I had an Appt with in an hour and 20 mins. I then sat there sick and nauseous for over 40 mins without anyone checking on me or working with me. I got up turned in my wrist band and walked out. I told my doctor about my experience during my appt. and then just got a call from one of his nurses that this office is claiming they tried to work with me, that they tried to water down the contrast, etc. and that I just simply walked out. This couldn’t be further from the truth... They lied to cover their own @$$es, and nothing more. I refuse to ever walk in to this place ever again. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and immoral. Think twice before coming here for any of your imaging needs. They only care about themselves."

"My visits were for mammography and biopsy. Modern facility, courteous staff, comfortable internal waiting room for gowned patients only. Wooden lockers to lock up your belongings. Coffee and phone charging station also in the gowned waiting room. On time with their appointments, minimal waiting! They call you right away to schedule any follow up exams and explain procedures thoroughly."

"In my opinion after my procedure that I had done I was not aware of what was going on when the nurse asked me to leave with my driver. I also stated that I was sensitive to medication and they gave me too much so it took a couple of days to recover from the meds despite my current health issue. Otherwise I was thankful for all that they did and the follow up."
