"I visited your clinic approximately 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon and I was treated with kindness, respect and not rushed. My LPN was attentive and genuinely concerned about my medical needs. She even contacted my pharmacist so promptly after my visit I was able to pick up my prescription on the way home. Thank you for attending to my medical needs in such a prompt, caring and professional manner! Please NEVER stop providing competent, quality care no matter what time of day it is! You were AWESOME even though it was time for you to close and leave for the day!"

"Glad the Urgent Care facility was there for me, however they did not test me for influenza, which I believe was my illness. My spouse was diagnosed with influenza-A the next day, so I likely had the flu too."

"My daughter’s doctor was also amazing btw everyone. Worth the bill. Registration needs help. There’s a sweet blonde lady at the front, who I saw 02/16 with my 7yo for her fever. She was very kind, but perhaps didn’t know I had moved multiple times in 6 months. I guess I had an outstanding bill under a different account. Well I found that out 02/18. I now have a fever. And called at 0910 to get an appointment set up. The phone was ringing for 10 minutes without so much a “we’ll be with you shortly” message. I decided to risk it and walk in. Now it’s 10:15 and some brunette is sitting up front. Gave my name and pulled out insurance and ID. She ignored it, and told me to sit and fill out the clip board. It wasn’t busy at all. Very unusual. I came back and gave the clipboard. She asked for my insurance so I got it out again. She informed me they’d have to charge me. I said that’s okay. She said I already had an outstanding balance. I said I could pay half. And that I’d call billing for the account info since she said “I can’t see that”. I also said that it’s probably backdated by insurance since it was a visit in November. I was told I would not be seen unless I payed in full right now. That’s ridiculous. The ONLY reason I pick this one of them all, is because they take walk ins. This urgent care by appointment is such a mistake. Little bugs are going to get so much worse when people can’t be seen! I could’ve made it to work on my 24hr of antibiotics if literally anywhere else had walk in based visits still. Good news! UnityPoint Express off Jordan Creek does!I had strep!"

"Ridiculous! Was sent by my primary to get ultrasound on a pulled calf muscle(checking for a blood clot,) and not only did they not do the ultrasound, the doctor measured my calves for swelling, then recommended l go to the emergency room for the ultrasound. They would not even let me make an appointment for the next day. No palpitations or diagnostics were done besides measuring my calves, absolute waste of time and money. Nothing but a cash grab, but l guess that's my insurance companies problem."

"Everyone was very helpful from the front desk to the nurse practitioner. Wait time could have been better, but they were busy. The facility is a little dated but clean and comfortable."
