"I am from Boston - so I am a little judgey about Dunks - and this one is perfect!! Carleigh was our person and she knew how to make my coffee perfectly Kaleigh (the other girl there) was just as amazing! I am so happy to have moved here and have a dunks and have two girls know what a large regular is :)"

"My husband and I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and sausage egg and cheese croissant and 1 Boston cream donut. When we got our order, they gave us a croissant with just bacon on it. 2 sprinkle donuts and another croissant that was black. Our coffee also didn’t have creamer in it when we asked. Literally nothing about our order was correct. Food and Service deserves 0 stars. The guy at the window was very rude and looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. Honestly, was a waste of a 2 hour drive to just go to Dunkin. We have been to Dunkin multiple times, and it’s been great up until this point. They had different staff working which has everything to do with it. VERY Disappointing and I will not be returning. I didn’t take a picture of my croissant because i immediately threw it away. Waste of time and money and honestly how pathetic. Do not recommend whatsoever."

"I wish they would get proper training, literally takes FOREVER in the drive through and more times than not the order is wrong! I usually deal, but today I have decided no more! Several times I've ordered the avocado toast with bacon when they do have it in stock they forget the bacon, today it doesn't even look cooked! Come on guys consistency!"

"Gave this place two tries because it’s new. First time I went in, they didn’t have any ice cream and a poor selection of donuts. The second time I went through the drive thru and we had to repeat every item we ordered 3-4 times, they didn’t have any raspberry filled donuts either, and then we sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting for our food and had to remind them about items they forgot to give us. Overhearing discussions in the back, they seem incredibly disorganized. Plus look at my dad sandwich!? The croissant was raw and doughey still."
