"I ate at an outback in Seattle recently that was simply AMAZING! This one is not. They desperately need a new and better manager. Restroom had the strong odor of urine and looked like it had not been mopped in days. Food was not good at all. We had 5 people in our group and only one person thought their food was acceptable. Had to send one dish back 3 times to get it cooked right. Chicken on the Barbie was super super over seasoned. It was so spicy that there should have been a warning about how hot it was on the menu. My steak was the same. They poured so much butter with peppery seasoning on it that my mouth was on fire. I eat Jalapeño salsa regularly and love it, if that gives you an idea of how spicy the steak was. I couldn’t even taste the steak, it was so hot. Also, my sides were cold. The manager couldn’t be bothered with it and told the waitress to take 10% off. Well, we would have gotten that anyways since my father in law is a veteran. These people clearly don’t give a darn about you. Don’t throw your money away by going here. There are far far far better options in town for a steak. ***EDIT*** After they responded to this review, I decided to follow their instructions and message them at the link they provided. They never bothered to respond. What this tells me is that not only is there a problem locally, but also with the leadership of the chain as a whole… So disappointing. They used to be great."
