"I have been craving Eggplant Parmesan for Valentine’s Day which we delayed come to find out their fryers are DOWN! People were complaining left and right, not such a great mood to celebrate love. That visit will probably be our last time there, I’m sure no one from the company will read this or act on our disappointment. We’ll be trying out all of our local restaurants now…it’s best to support your local businesses anyways! Still can’t believe a big corporation like Olive Garden can’t keep their fryer is working. Whatever."

"Was pleasantly surprised at lunch today. We had stopped going here because the costs were getting high while quality and quantity went down. The last time went my husband was given a piece of lasagna the size of a slice of cake. Not impressed. This time the servings were plentiful and very delicious. Everyone commented on the improved serving size. Service has always been great."

"Ordered pickup over $200 after tip bottle of wine. Got the two receipts after drove off drove by Dillard checked never asked for my ID thought was strange for alcohol checked bags the Wine missing. Drove back to parking spot one yet again called said be right out 23 minutes after original pick up time I walked in restaurant to get wine I ordered, caught staff on way out noticed possibly my holding my missing bottle of wine. I reached out they Said are you Amanda … no I’m your customer I talked to Amanda the guy handed me the wine I have receipts in my hand look at guy staff said do you want to see my identification basically verifying my age??? Oh yes barely glanced. Said would like call from manager he told me they would. Yes I am of age for alcohol it is your buisness liquor license. Though please do BETTER. After get home to cold food for family holiday celebration my everything else there! Thank goodness I was going to order more. Though my entree out of all of them Shrimp scampi asparagus doesn’t look size wise on website verse what I got they all were quarter in to half inch in size chopped up an some yellow I ate my shrimp threw entree away! It’s pretty sad to skimp on portion vegetables size on entrees an or lack of professionalism on liquor sales. Manager did reach out offered a credit via email still do not have nor did she know about shrimp scampi either! That was after phone call . I’ve never had an experience like this from Olive Garden you guys do pretty well usually… this is a Wednesday night I could only guess the mess ups on holidays. Weekends as of late."
