"They screwed up my order and won't refund me the money I spent to get food I can't eat. Usually the food and service is great but it's been lack luster lately."

"Wow, usually the wings are fantastic. Not the case tonight, for around 60$ you'd think you'd get great tasting wings and fries. Nope, wings and fries were cold and tasteless. The Sante fe wings and the habanero wings had absolutely no taste to either of them, it was like eating a soggy breaded peice of tofu. The fries portion was extremely small. For 20$ a person this was disappointing. For the price there are alot better places in town. B.W.W. and roosters will be our choice from now on. This place has no pride in their service any more."

"Food was okay. We ordered wings with sauce, but only one of the orders came with sauce. And it was very little sauce, there were dry patches all over the wings. The fries were dead. Nothing tasted gross, just didnt meet expectations and the food felt lackluster and cheap. I hope they can improve so we can try it again and bee impressed!"

"Be sure to choose the pick-up option so they arent cold and soggy when you get them like with door dash. The buffalo sauce I think is the best in town and the size of the wings is good and the curly seasoned fries are yummy especially dipped in the left over buffalo sauce. Wish these could be ordered at the table in Chili's, they are missing out on millions of additional revenue."

"Time between order and delivery, 20 minutes max. Food was delivered hot and fresh! Wings were phenomenal! Fries still hot and yummy. They have the good ranch! Iced tea was even fresh brewed! 10/10 would highly recommend!"
