"On friday of last week I was in search of some legal tennents infornation an counseling after call about 14 attorneys that at least 9 of them told me they only represent landlords the others wanted 150.00 to 300.00 to say hello I tried a 800 service and they transferred me to a tax attorney who gave some information on the Colorado Bar Association and while doing s google search for them God blessed me with this number and site above. I called and was contacted with a guy named Floyd who was pretty straight forward, honest and knowledgeable about my problem and gave me some solid advise relating to my problem. He proved to me that they do in fact believe in the fact thst the tennents have rights as well as the land lord demons. I went to my meeting with my landlord and was knowledgeable and confident to know that my landlord was and is dishonest and conniving,and when I refused to sign a new lease after being in a place for two months because he wanted to change the rent structure so that he might collect more of my money to keep in his pocket and I refused to sign and keep my legal and binding contract he and his wife became belligerent and obtrusive toward me and because I wanted to hold off on what he was wanting me to do to speak with the people I now have faith in to help me rectify this situation. Please understand that there are a lot if miss conceptsion out there about what land lords can do and tennents as well so if you have questions please call this place before you forfiet your rights being in the know is a good thing.
