"1st time doing my taxes here, had to deal with doing my taxes on a 1099 for the 1st time as well, took all my expenses totals and the lady who did my taxes refuse to put my car insurance as a deduction saying that I can’t do that because is a personal need but I work for grub hub doing food deliveries doing 12 hour shifts so that is a requirement if I want to deliver, I understand maybe I can’t deduct the full amount but she could of done a percentage…. I also did my research after doing my taxes here and clearly car insurance is a deduction we food delivery and other people who work Uber, Lyft, etc…. Can use as deductions along with any other car expenses you had that is your not using the standard mileage rate deduction. I would not recommend this place to anyone, although the service was fast they don’t pay attention to detail and want to kick you as fast as they can to help the next person."
