"I came to this location today to return some packages for Amazon. Upon entering the worker, Brittany was very rude when I asked her questions she seemed to be annoyed, especially when it came to explaining the process of the return. I had never done a return at a UPS store as I usually always do it at a Kohl’s store For Amazon purchases. She was very rude and not informative at all. She acted like it was a bother to be working. It’s just really sad to see such poor customer service I will be going elsewhere from now on as I have never experienced this Amount of poor Customer service at a UPS store. As I see from the other reviews, this store is not worth your time."

"Do NOT take your Amazon returns to this store as they are a bunch of scammy scammers who want to charge you to do a return and then steal your return code when you say that you will take it home and put it in a box and return to ship it!!! They wanted to charge me $8.00"

"The worst ups store I have ever been to. What a disorganized mess. Dropped off and paid for a package to be sent, and they never sent it. 30 hours later I still don’t have tracking on it, the employee at the store has no clue what’s going on, and I have no idea where my package is at all Bottom line. Go to another location. I will never go back."

"I needed to return 2 items to Amazon and was unable to do it through Kohls, which is my usual go-to. A UPS store was my best option given. I brought both items to this store. The clerk scanned my QR code, asked if I needed a receipt and I said no. My bad, because Amazon has yet to receive the items and that was on July 26. I have tried to call the store and have left messages, but have not received a call back. I have not been able to go back in person as of yet to ask what happened, so I'm out $50. Thanks, dude."

"They destroyed my package and I can’t file a claim because I am not the shipper give me a break. I order 9 Funko pops in a lot. One box is super Damaged and the other figure is missing. The other boxes got damaged. Edit: 11/11/2021 Don't tell me to go file a claim when I can't file a claim because "I was not the shipper". So take that BS contact Number and beat it."
