"I stood in a very long line to have the VERY rude lady that I need to print out my own label. She refused to show me what to do. I asked her if I had to stand back in the same long line she told me yes. There are children in the store and she is cussing. She is throwing people’s packages. This lady is the rudest person and I am surprised that no one else is complaining. She needs to be fired!!!!"
"Quick service for Amazon returns. All other services are over priced and more complicated than they should be. FedEx and USPS are cheaper to ship. FedEx Office for printing is cheaper, easier, faster, and has better customer service. If you’re like me and just want to get your errands done… go the extra distance to FedEx and save yourself a headache and a lot of money. ($12 to TRY to print something) Even with a store associates help nothing was printed. The $12 is trying to print!! Accidentally ordered the needed document for pickup next day and it was still not done on time. I promise the extra mile or two to FedEx Office or USPS is worth it!!!"
"I have been coming to this ups store for many years. I have never encountered a most rude employee as I did today. She was short older woman with short black hair and straight. She told me to fill out my envelopes first and then get back in line. Fair enough. I asked her if she had any bigger envelopes and in a loud voice she said no that is all we have. Okay again I grab what they had and went to do my stuff. When it was my turn to go, I had a question about my package. My cashier very friendly asked the rude employee for help. At this point the office is filled with people and the line is going all the way out. She starts asking me in a loud voice what issue I had. I ask about Canadian customs and if I have to pay the fees there or how does that work. (The embassy in Canada on their website mentions to ask UPS about it because we have to pay up front). She told me she wasn't Canada. Ma'am I know that I'm asking you if you know anything about this. She continues to speak very loudly so that all 20 people can hear my personal business and what I'm sending and amount I have in the envelope. I then said I would take the risk and send ground. I asked for a return label because AGAIN that is what I need. She so rudely says she can't give me a return label for some reason. She asked if I still wanted to send my stuff. I said no thank you, I will call the UPS in Canada to make a return label for me instead. I grab my papers and she asked about the envelopes if I needed them. I said no thank you. I start walking out and again she yells out to me I have to pay the envelopes. Ma'am you could have said that to me when I was in front of you. Instead she was unprofessional saying my private business to the people in line, she was condescending and plain out rude. If I ever have to do business at UPS and I see her, I will be walking straight out. I will also be warning my neighbors and friends about this unprofessional at this location. While writing this review it came to my attention my family has also had horrible experiences with this employee. Obviously this location doesn't care to speak to her or do anything about it."
"I understand this location is very busy but as a customer for more than 6 years at this location I can say I have encountered horrible behavior from one particular associate every time I visit and now spoken to on the phone. She is a shorter, older woman with short dark brown hair - I think her name is Kris. She is consistently rude, unhelpful and truly has a hateful heart. I placed a print order 2 days ago and supposedly she is unable to login and print for me because it is the managers job. I inquired when the manager would be back and she could not answer. She proceeded to get short with me and hang up on me twice. She told me she didn't care if I went to the president of UPS to report her behavior or even her manager. It is clear she does not want to be there or value the work she does. If I were the manager, I would get rid of her ASAP! She is awful. Most of the reviews are bad because of her...."
"Particularly wanted to take the time to write this review as I see the overall rating of this place was a bit low. I live in VA but use UPS nationwide as my shipping partner. I stopped in today to ship two packages out. This place was packed (my only mistake was I had a grocery cart blocking my parking space so I used it to transport the packages - not allowed - though they have a cart in the shop if needed). Though very busy the TWO attendants were efficient (and the vibe was pleasant). Best of all when I got to the attendant and gave my phone number everything popped up as it has nationwide and I was quickly processed. I know each shop is locally owned so I take the time to post a review if the job is well done (or a scathing critique if not). This place is worthy of your business. Indeed, compared to Aspen (package sent earlier this week) there were no steep processing fees for a fully boxed and taped shipment. Hope the owner reads this - keep up the good work."
