"I work in Evergreen. I leave work at 5:00 p.m. I got to this location at exactly 6:00 the doors were shut they were still in there and refused to give me my package. Now, I have to wait until Saturday because I can't get it before work and obviously I can't get here by before they close. This is pathetic and horrible horrible customer service. It would have taken them two seconds to give me my package. They charge a fortune for a PO Box and then they can accommodate their customers"

"They did absolutely everything for me. All I had to do was bring my item in and they had all the packing materials and gave me a choice in pricing. I was out of there so quickly. Sometimes mailing items off can get forgotten and cluttered and it’s so nice to walk away, knowing it’s off to its destination."

"Shipped a package from this ups store to Texas and was told it would be delivered on a certain date well a week later package has still not been delivered. Tracked package and it has three different delivery dates I called & went to this store and got three different answers from three different employees with no solution. Will never use this store again hopefully they will find my package are reimburse my money ."
