"Our chauffeur Robert was fantastic! However my experience overall with 24/7 limo was a nightmare. I’m a nurse at a clinic and we planned a work outing on a Saturday, many of us got Covid and I called to see if we cancelled that we could reschedule to another Saturday-I was told yes but there would be an up charge. I was fine with this-so we cancelled and they charged me the $100. When I called bask to reschedule I was told that I couldn’t reschedule for a Saturday and it had to be Sunday-Thursday??? Well this isn’t what I was told when I called to cancel-which was the ENTIRE reason we chose to cancel, otherwise we likely would’ve kept it and let the people without Covid go. We work in a clinic, we all work Monday-Friday, no one wants to do a party bus on a Sunday. This went back and forth a couple of times and I was told two different things on two occasions. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone simply because of this lack of communication and the owner being unwilling to take responsibility for something his manager allowed not only once, but TWICE. Our experience was completely changed, and had I just forfeited I would’ve been out $940. Next time, tell your manager to get his information correct, especially after the first time he’s wrong. On top of all of this, when I called to finally make a Sunday reservation the person on the phone told me it would be an up charge to which I immediately argued and asked for a manager to call me either way-and although I didn’t get charged, no one ever called. Overall VERY disappointed."

"If it’s winter and you plan to book with this company be cautious because they will take your money, put your safety in jeopardy, you won’t get to your destination, and they offer absolutely no accommodations!! They insisted on taking my group of eight out into a blizzard, just for the highway to be closed, resulting in us returning to our original location and $1,500 wasted. BART (manager) and David have horrible customer service, lack accountability, and active listening skills. Don’t book with them!!! Their terms and conditions protects their pockets solely and doesn’t take into consideration customers satisfaction, the weather, and most importantly, customer safety!!! This company is trash!!!!!! A full refund was not requested (told you David and Bart don’t actively listen) and I called several times before our departure time because i was concerned with the weather conditions. The company insisted…didn’t know I was supposed to be the expert on road conditions/ closures while on vacation- thought that’s why I booked the service with an expert professional service- guess not. Driver arrived late because of the weather conditions and I guess we should have allowed him to crash after dropping us off- not sure why I cared more about their employee’s safety. If they don’t care about the safety of their employees , they don’t care about you as a customer. A complete fraud, the response is a lie, and horrible customer service!! The owner should assure all the facts are gathered prior to responding because I have no problem paying for the service, however I booked for 9 hours and at best received 4 hours- was simply seeking fairness in business seeing how the elements were outside OUR control."

"My trip to Denver at Christmas involved 5 people with luggage and I needed a vehicle large enough to handle all. I was assured they could supply this and I was not disappointed. The vehicle was very comfortable and roomy to accommodate all of us with luggage. The driver couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. I was so happy I booked with Denver 24/7 Limo and recommend them highly."
