Big O Tires

"I have never got any oil leaking in my car. Last week I took my car here for an oil change and my car started leaking oil. I brought it back and had to left the car with them for a few hours they said the oil filter is losses all should be good (can’t believe an oil changing service didn’t tied the oil filter enough to cause leaking). Two days later, it’s still leaking, I brought my car back and they gave me an awful “I don’t care” service attitude. The front desk person literally just asked for my phone number then said “key”. They didn’t even inform me how long I needed to wait or anything. Anytime I asked how much longer I needed to wait. He just said it’s close. An hour later my car still hadn’t pulled in. Despite the bad quality of their service on my car, their attitude was awful. They should have addressed their mistakes better than this."

"Saturday I had a sensor fault show up on my dashboard that I had another big o location fix but they did not. So on my way home I stopped at the Big O on Hampden and Tower. Chad was great. He checked all my tire sensors and 1 of them wasn't reading. We talked about me coming back on Tuesday to try again. So Tuesday I went back and Chad checked again and was able to get a read on all sensors and was able to get the sensor fault cleared. He then also me get my wiper hose replaced that I had bought too. I also get great service when I have taken mine or my daughter's car here. Thanks for all the great work and communication."

I was actually kind of shocked at the price I was quoted because everyone else in the area was charging a lot more. When I got there, Chad helped me unload the rims and tires as well. The tires were installed within the hour of me dropping them off. I recommend Big O Tires over the other competitors, specifically for affordable pricing and excellent customer service!
