Big O Tires

"When in this morning to get tires, they did an inspection on my vehicle and said that I needed ball joints and breaks and rotors on my rear and I took the car to my dad Who is a mechanic and said that my back breaks Were not as bad as big o tires had made it seem. I've been driving on it since I Left the shop and have had no issues with my back breaks. I do plan on replacing them tomorrow with my dads help They also said my rotors need to be. She plays in the back as well and that's not true. But they made it seem like I needed to replace them right then and there And I only had a few porch stops before it was metal on metal. So they can make some money off of me. It's nothing but a scam. Don't take your car in here to get tires. Because you're gonna be walking out. Paying thousands of dollars more than what you intend to."

I explained to him I purchased my tires, brake work & oil change there. He took my name & phone number, handed him my keys & we went inside & made me a cup of coffee. He drove my car in & started work on repairing my tires. About 30 minutes later all work was completed. Great customer service! Great example of how to build relationships & follow through!
