"Masen was a nice a guy, but his work - not so much . Arm controls were bizarrely not bolted in ( You can see the paint is still intact ). After not responding to my calls and texts for 2 days , I had to go to the mechanic and spend an extra $100. Masen did get back to me eventually, and admitted that the arms might have “ failed “. He did apologize , but did not offer to come and take a look at it again , fix it , or offer some kind of refund . Car still doesn’t feel right , so I don’t know what else is going on. Definitely won’t use his service again."
