"I came in on Open Range ATs that still had 10/32nds of even wear after 15k miles of light towing, travel and off-roading, a good sign of their durability. I was looking to upgrade to 20" rims in the same tire, but Jarred mentioned they had the next Gen version, the AT Plus. Same specs, still a Three Peak Mountain Snowflake with 60k miles, but the main difference was a beefier looking sidewall- great! Jarred was patient and informative over the three visits to set an appointment around my schedule, getting me signed up for a CC, and showing me a preview of how one tire would safely fit ("We stuffed them in there!") and getting my ok before proceeding. Kudos to Jarred and his tire techs! Friendly, helpful, patient service that made my truck look that much better."

"Let me say first...I HARDLY EVER write reviews. I do, however, feel compelled to leave this for others in case it's helpful. I somehow got a small nail in my tire, and it was losing air slowly, but enough that I needed to fill it with a portable air compressor every few errands. I have a brand new vehicle and thought my dealership could help me out, but after 2 days of trying to reach them through parts, service, corporate and sales...no one could put me in touch with an actual person to help me (and I still have not heard from anyone). I went to a reputable and known tire place, who were so booked out they were going to keep my car for 2 days and insisted based on my description of where the nail was that it was not able to be repaired, but rather I would need to purchase a new tire. On a last-ditch effort to get a new tire (since that's what I was prepared for), he directed me to Les Schwab tires to see if they were going to be faster. THANK GOODNESS I WENT! Amazing Lacey (my son and I decided to call her) at the desk put me in the computer and had my car back in a bay in under 2 minutes. I'm sorry I don't know the technician's name, but he had my tire off in 5...repaired permanently (no new tire needed!) and to top it off, he came to update me on the delay (which was 5 minutes at most), which was that my car was so new that he didn't have the proper torque specs in his computer so he was waiting for correct info before giving my car back to me. I was GOBSMACKED and SPEECHLESS at how great this experience was! I can't tell you the last time I received such prompt, professional, and honest service ANYWHERE! They told me it was a free service they offered, so I tipped my technician. I highly recommend them! Thank you to both of those awesome assests of Les Schwab! You guys made my day!"

"I've been here twice now. Once for their complimentary pre trip inspection, and another time for an alignment. I called ahead to ask if they had any availability for an alignment that day, they said maybe, maybe not buy they could possibly squeeze me in. No problem! I wasn't busy with anything so I brought my laptop along with a few movies to watch in case I was going to be there for a few hours. They got the car in, did the alignment all in a very reasonable amount of time! The car now drives absolutely spot on perfect. I can tell the technician was passionate about his work as well! Very good customer service, very good work and quick turnaround time! Highly recommend this Les Schwab location."

"Did an alignment after like a month and a half I noticed my tires worn out from the inside. I took my truck back in and showed the manager there the bad alignment that was done. He proceeded to tell me that the truck was aligned perfectly when I left the shop. He then said that must be the way that I was driving that caused my alignment to go bad. He said he could help me with was to align my truck again. But even after they did the alignment again a second time it was still bad. Just bad service and a rude manager.!! They always say pictures speak loader than words."

"I've been a Les Schwab customer for years. Over 10 years. First at Commerce City & now for the last 6 years in Aurora. Service used to be 5 stars & consistently amazing. In the last year its been steadily going downhill. Last year I bought tires for my 09 Kia & told them on the phone when ordering what vehicle it was for since we own several that all get tires there. I dropped my vehicle off and get a call that the tires they pulled were too big because they were for my husband's truck. Annoying, but fine. They quote new tires & shock it's higher than the original quote. Had them put the tires on and moved on, they are good tires & the better tread I asked for, and did great in the snow. I have no issue with the tires themselves, just the mix up & higher price tag. Today I go in for the regular rotation- and usually they balance the tires as well but nope, not today. They pull my car in, I get a text it's ready while I'm literally looking at it on the rack. One tire had a screw in the side that I knew about but wanted to see if they actually check like they used to & would note it. Nope. And yes, typically I would mention it prior, however its something they would have caught before. Now, when I got home I noticed rhey just put the tire on the front, screw still in it. On the emailed invoice, it notes all the tires were good. Look. I know things can get missed. But it's consistently slid at this location. There's language issues, there's lack of genuine customer care anymore. It's unfortunate because they've always been top tier in customer service & I always felt they genuinely worked hard to give their best service. They did note a coolant leak which I appreciate & was aware of as it's headed to a mechanic for other maintenance items. I hope it will improve & return to its normal 5 star self."
