"Not sure about other people's experiences, but mine was excellent. Got all 4 tires replaced in about an hour or so. They did not have 2/4 tires there, they got them though, got the job done and car drives much better. Keep in mind. We just got hit by a snow storm and he was dedicated to be open and get jobs done. The manager/technician there worked with me on time and cost. Dude really showed he cared to be honest. There's a reason this place has a 4.7 rating. Let's see if we can raise it. I am not a fake person, bot, paid actor, or personal friend of his, just a guy that got great service today. I wrote this good review because he went out of his way for me; if you do a good job for me, I'll leave a good review. Remember not all Big O Tires are made the same, they are not even connected funny enough (you need to know that so you can make the right decision). Talk with Mike.
