"I tried to ship a box today (10x10x6 and not too heavy) and was told the cheapest option was $54 dollars. I said I would try somewhere else and while I was rung up for the box I used, was told there was actually a $23 option. Seems like this is a simple mistake, but it has happened to me at this location twice now. It feels like a bad way to make you pay more for packages that you need to send. If you go, make sure you’re getting the actual cheapest option because it seems they are not always truthful and will “find” better options when you try to leave. Besides that, the staff is always kind, efficient, and helpful."
