"Hi Everything was wonderful...truly. Darrin was friendly and professional. I was confused because when I booked the ride I added a tip as requested. But then when I was asked to review it asked if I wanted to tip,?? I tipped at the beginning....was I supposed to tip again?? The new tipping stuff drives me crazy. I hope he was tipped.!! I could not find door 00 . Each person I spoke to gave me another route. I called the company and he said I was at the right place.it is nerve racking"

"Easy to book and quick confirmation. However no notification of the change of time by almost 1/2 an hour. Had I not called after waiting for fifteen minutes wondering where my ride was I never wouldn’t have known. Was also told I would get a text when driver was near and that didn’t happen either. One driver took me part way to Denver then we waited on the side of the highway for a different van and driver. Both vans were very clean. All in all it took 1.5 hours including wait times for what should have been a less than one hour transfer. Not ideal."
