"We were so pleased with our experience with Pink Dot. I had to book them with 2 days notice because another company who I booked 6 weeks prior bailed on me last minute. JP was extremely courteous and informative on the phone. Was able to get me a confirmation immediately and send over forms to sign electronically and an estimate for labor only. I had lots of reminders and notifications. On the day, a gentleman called me while we were coming into Longmont from the airport to ask if they can start earlier and I told them we had to start at noon since we still had to drop off our kids and pick up boxes and packing paper. I was able to text them when we were on the way and it worked out perfectly. They were so fast and efficient, we slated 4 hours for the partial basement move out and they did it in 1.5 hours. I gladly paid the minimum 2 hours via Zelle. They were careful about packing items according to weight and strapped in times for safety. They even sold racheting strips, but we somehow already had some. I highly recommend this company!"

"Pros: on time. Friendly Cons: I tried to express how much stuff I have. They gave a 3h quote at $510. I was then told I didn't fill out the inventory sheet correctly so they'd have to add another day. All my items and boxes were not only labeled but color coded. Day 1 was ok. Day 2 was not. They dropped and shattered my tv stand. I get accidents happen and I replaced it easily enough. They left vintage iron work outside the garage rather than putting it in the fenced yard as asked. It was promptly stolen. I stated multiple times I have a $2k glass puppy incubator that had to go into the house. It is somewhere in the garage. I haven't been able to locate it yet to check condition. All items in the garage are stacked against the shelving rather than set on it (ok that's fine) but I can't get to the shelving because the path they left is on the opposite side. There seems to be a lack of care. Additionally, the trip - which was two blocks - cost $1071 and I did give $150 tip before items came up missing. I would not recommend and will not be using again. *I brought this all to the owner's attention two weeks ago and still have not had a response."
