"I had the same exact experience that Megan Leone wrote about below. Staff was kind but they were extremely pushy with the pricing. They were telling me that a package containing one vinyl record would cost $80 to ship, and that another package with only 2 pieces of paper in it would be another $80. When I told them that was unreasonable and that I was going to USPS instead, they magically found the ground options for $12. Not only that, but now 4 weeks later I have found out that both of my packages failed to be delivered and are being returned to sender. I’ll never be back, and will encourage friends to not go to this store as well."

"All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful no matter how many times I come in not knowing what I'm doing or not having what I need (label, box, bag, etc.). I've used this UPS store for all kinds of online returns, shipping Christmas and birthday gifts, and mailing other important packages. No matter how busy they are, they're always kind and usually will crack a joke or two. You can sometimes tell customers are annoyed by a long wait or cost (neither of which is the staff's fault) but I've yet to see someone leave this store angry when I was there."

"I’ve been a UPS customer for years, and have visited many locations in this area. This UPS store in particular has been the worst one I’ve been to. There is one amazing woman who works there that is incredibly sweet and helpful, but otherwise The employees have been deceptive in shipping costs. They do their best to avoid sharing cheaper, ground shipping costs. They exclusively try to get me to do 1 or 2 day shipping, which is exponentially more expensive. The last time I was in there, I had to ask the employee three separate times to tell me the cost of ground, and when I did he said that he can’t give me any kind of estimate on when my package would arrive at the destination, and was pushing me to pay upwards of $70 to ship something that would only cost me $20. It’s very weird and offputting, I won’t be going back."

"The staff at this UPS store are great! I end up going here for a lot of return orders and they are always kind and helpful. Today, I had to return to a different merchant and hadn't read all the instructions. The manager Lux helped me figure it out so I wouldn't have to come back again later. I really appreciate their excellent customer service!"
