"Very slow. Staff taking smoke breaks while a lot of cars in line. One person giving one direction another person giving a different direction. Cars moving from one line to another. I spent 1,5 hour in this location. 1 hour in line. 15 min was testing. Another 15 min I was waiting for the cashier ."

"People came 40-50min after me are already done. Everyone you see in the picture ahead of me came after me. Extremely slow and unprofessional service. The guy that was at the gate handing the tickets telling people to go which bay line definitely doesn’t know what he is doing."

"I visited this establishment to get my emissions done got out of my truck they told me to put the key back in waiting for my admissions to be done got in my truck left got to a King Soopers up the street pulled my key out and it was half of a key. so I called back to the emissions place and explained to them that my key was broken off and I was now stranded because my key is chipped and would not read. After speaking with multiple people trying to get management I was advised from the person I was speaking with that they were as high in the higher archy I was going to get! a person from "management" called back telling me there was nothing they could do at the time and to call a lock smith. I was stranded for 3 hours and had to pay the locksmith $350 for a new key. After weeks of waiting I then talked to a person from "management" that told Me that they don't think it was there fault and pushed responsibility on Me after there so called "investigation"even though I sent pictures of the ignition with the halfway broken key. They told Me they would pay $50 for this incident. The way I was treated in this process was completely uncalled for and this establishment refuses to take any responsibility at all. If I can't get someone to contact me with an acceptable resolution! I will have to see what legal action needs to be taken"

"They get a solid 5 stars from me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Employees were fast and efficient AND friendly. $25 fee for newer cars. They do take cc, debit cards, or cash. She did tell me that wait times can be way longer."

"The wait time on the internet is extremely inaccurate and the process isn’t the most comfortable for the customer. Don’t love sitting is a trailer like object that is extremely loud. On the positive, the employees were all pretty nice. Do I want to go back daily? No. But since I only need to go once every two years, it’s an acceptable place to spend part of your afternoon"
