"Absolutely the best, what a find. I had ongoing transmission problems with my 2000 Tacoma 4 wheel drive. Didn't break down, but was making odd noises. At first I asked them to do a rebuild, which would have been bearings mainly, but that might not have been the whole problem. I found a rebuilt transmission at Steve's Gear and Transmission, (another great place). I asked Accurate if they would install it for me instead of doing my rebuild. Chad was great, no attitude about losing the rebuild. They did a great job start to finish. Dropped the truck off on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday. A year prior I had a problem with the bell housing. It had to be replaced with a salvaged one, which was absolutely filthy and was installed that way. In the course of replacing my transmission Accurate had it off the truck and completely cleaned it. I didn't ask them to do it, they just did it. I will definitely be back to this place. Chad, Brian, and Dave were all awesome."

"I took my '08 RAV 4 here because I was having problems with my suspension. Paul and Chad made me feel very confident that they had my best interest. They took my car for a drive to diagnose the issue and found that my rear sway bar link needed replacing, they also replaced my front brake pads. They got me in within a week, finished my car within 24 hours AND everything was reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend"

"These guys were incredibly kind and understanding when my car stopped running and I was in a panic about getting it towed and into a shop. - They said I could bring it in that day (Friday) and keep it safe there over the weekend even though they had a jam packed schedule and probably wouldn't be able to get to it til Monday. -When I got the car towed there, they could see I was very stressed out and told me to take my time and there was no rush. It was very nice to hear kind words at that moment. -Not only did they get my car done the next day but they were able to get me my keys before Sunday even though I had to work a bit late. 10/10 will be bringing my car back here for any work I need done. "Tried to get my transmission replaced for over 6k. They were nice on the phone but never called me back. I was looking forward to using these guys with all the good reviews and proximity to my house. I'm not going to give 1 star as people forget, and it's not a giant deal. It's still a little aggravating, though!"

"I took my 2017 Escape here for what seemed like a misfire. I had taken it to another shop that I thought I could trust and they took me for $1,000.00 and never really fixed the problem. Here they took the time to properly diagnose the problem. They called me and were 100% honest with me rather than milking me. I wish I had just brought it here in the first place.
