"Needed an alternator belt for our RV. We ordered it online to get it to the shop closest to us so we wouldn't have to drive all over town or wait several days. We waited a bit and then called the store to see if it arrived. Chris was very friendly and professional answering the phone and giving an update on the status of our order. We only had to wait a handful of minutes before Chris called back to let us know the belt was there. Pickup was quick, and the belt fit. NAPA is a store we will go a little out of the way for because staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the prices are great for our budget. We know that we will usually get the right item the first time. Too bad there aren't more NAPA stores around town."
