"What started as a great first visit ended in a negative experience. I had them replace the front struts on my Jeep and at first, was quoted double what the job calls for. After a quick discussion, they lowered the quote and I was happy until I looked under my vehicle and noticed one of the axle seals was leaking. It was not leaking before and part of the procedure to replace the driver-side strut calls for removing the axle. If you're not careful you can damage the axle seal doing this. I've had it happen to me before and I simply asked that they take care of it. They said I would have to cover the complete labor cost of the repair since they wouldn't own up to their mistake or even work with me on a deal to get it repaired. I finally agreed to pay full price since I needed my vehicle in working condition but quickly changed my mind when they said they couldn't complete the work until the following Monday(it was Friday morning). I was dropped down on their list of priorities. I went to pick up the vehicle to take it to another shop and paid HALF as much as their quote! All of this is to say they do NOT take care of their customers and simply put the blame and burden on you. I would not bring my vehicle back here or recommend this shop to anyone."
