"Bad shop, These guys can’t even pick the phone up half the time. Just to get a quote on a job and schedule a day to get some work done and they don’t seem to want to do the minimal work I need done. I was told to txt the number I had called for a quote and to schedule the job but I’ve never heard back from them even after trying to get in contact with them several times. I recommend you use another shop because these guys apparently don’t want to work."

"Edit: If you've done some big projects here they will 100% help you and get what you need done. If your new with some smaller projects maybe not the shop to go to, pretty discouraging first time doing some mods to a car than get treated how you have after the works been done. Morgan did some bolt ons and said anytime need maintenance done the shop could handle it. Twice now I've gone to get some maintenance done and its been a hassle each time, from ordering parts, to when the car will get in and be done. Morgan was not to concerned or really cared much when I called him with a flashing check engine light and Mt car stuck at a 1000 rpms. Just kind of told me they were busy and to just let it sit there until they had time to get me in. A little more straightforward communication and just telling the customer the truth would've handled this over getting the run around and could've just serviced it somewhere else by now. Shop does solid work, and did have good customer service skills when I first found them not sure why it has gone downhill. A simple note from the front desk lady to just let me know if my car wasn't going to be done the next day wasn't even passed on to whoever worked the next day. Just all around a not so great experience for how things have been handled on my car here. Morgan couldn't even apologize or acknowledge his wrongs when came to get my car just handed me the keys and kept talking on the phone like i wasn't even there. Save yourself the hassle and find someone that builds amazing cars, has great customer service and takes care of there patrons even after the job is done no matter the size of the project, my 535i means just as much to me as those 2000hp gtrs and ferraris you guys work on. I brought my f10 535i to Dream Workz to get some bolt ons and a tune put on my car. Morgan and his team were nothing but very professional and helpful through the whole process. Was my first time doing this so had quite a bit of questions which they had no problem answering and explaining. The labor and work done to my car was done in a timely and correct way. Thanks for giving my 535i some life and the car it should be! Will use Dream Workz for any future projects or recommendations."
