Contacted them via the website Monday morning, received a call shortly thereafter, got scheduled for Wednesday. On Wednesday I dropped it off early (745 am). Shortly thereafter they tell me they found the problem is a cracked radiator and they can fix it same-day for $950. I agree, and at 4pm I pick up my car. Everyone was super pleasant to talk to.
