"I recently took my 2019 F150 in for an oil change and to have my horn repaired. The shop said they tried to troubleshoot the horn and could not find anything wrong and I needed to take it to a dealership for repair. They said that they would not charge me for troubleshooting the horn because they did not find anything wrong. I took the truck to another repair shop and they said the horn needed replacement. I will not be back to Goodyear"
